Ideation, creation and development of supports to welcome employees to the company. In creating a welcome kit, it valued people, and showed how important it is to enhance little gestures. Welcoming people during the pandemic has been a challenge. By creating company goodies, we know that every employee felt more connected to the company, whilst working from home.
process
The process involved for the development was based on the design double-diamond process:
. briefing and brainstorming for a solution to unify development team with the designing team. meeting demands from tech, while meeting the brand guidelines;
. research and discovery process amongst team players of the communication team;
. production of the first prototype version;
. back to brainstorming to redefine some specificities and supports;
. presenting to stakeholders, and validate the budgets all together;
. defining late details, and get the versions ready for print and distribution;
. validating to the company, giving the kits for the 6 years reunion.
