Having a diverse team reflects the reality in Brazil. 
The brand and visual identity was created and developed to aim, value and represent the inclusiveness of the corporate culture. Loggi praises to be a friendly workplace where everyone feels welcome and safe. The manifesto translates that being part of the Loggi company should mean that you can be who you are without feeling left out.

The process involved for the development was based on the design double-diamond process: 
. briefing and brainstorming for a solution to unify multiple teams with the designing team, meeting demands from people and HR, while meeting and creating new modernified brand guidelines; 
. research and discovery process amongst team players of the squad involved; 
. production of the first version; 
. back to brainstorming to redefine some specificities; 
. presenting to marketing and design teams, align expectations, and validate the results and values of the project; 
. defining late details, and get the version ready for print and launch; 
. validating to the company, presenting to global meeting and distribute the supports.
