The weekly planner is a tool that was created aiming to help employees achieve their goals and key results. This support has 52 weeks, and every 4 to 5 months a cover that addresses a theme – in line with the company’s values. It is a branding support that helps create a link between the company and its employees besides encouraging them to achieve their trimestrial goals.
process   
The process involved for the development was based on the design double-diamond process:
. briefing and brainstorming for a solution to link branding with OKRs;
. research and discovery with benchmarking – amongst other tools – and startup branding solutions;
. production of a first version of the planner, leading to technical researching with printers;
. back to brainstorming redefining some illustrations, and add blocks of information;
. presenting, defining and validating to stakeholders, and adding material to the welcome kit.
